Jim Lee heads the Hereford office. He has spent his whole career with Gabbs, having joined in 1977 as a trainee solicitor, after gaining an Honours degree in Law from the University of Central England.
Having had experience in almost all areas of legal practice and in particular 25 years as a criminal advocate, Jim now specialises in property matters including residential sales and purchases, mortgages and commercial property matters such as small building estates easements and overage clauses. During his career, Jim has dealt with thousands of property sales and purchases. He now spends about 70% of his time on residential matters and the remainder on commercial property matters.
His interests include his large family, Tottenham Hotspur F.C. and, being half Welsh and Half Irish, following both those rugby teams. Listening to music is a favourite pastime especially Al Stewart and Paul Simon.
