The Gabbs team will provide you with a tailored Will to reflect your particular circumstances, allowing you to make the dispositions you wish and to ensure that those people whom you wish to benefit are provided for.
They will give you clear explanations of the terms of your Will, provide effective tax planning advice where necessary, and ensure that the provision you wish to make is correctly drafted into your Will. Under their guidance, you will ensure that the person you would wish to manage your affairs is appointed as your executor and that the appropriate instructions are given for the management of your estate.
We can also give advice on the effect of Inheritance Tax and will be happy to explore the options for minimising the potential exposure to tax liability on death.
