Jenny joined Gabbs in 2015, graduating from Staffordshire University with a Graduate Diploma in Law in 2017, and winning the Worcester Law Society Student of the Year upon Graduation. She qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in August 2023.
Based in our Hereford office, Jenny is part of the Family Team working under the supervision of Family/Litigation Solicitor, John Shurvinton. Jenny assists in the following areas:
- Divorce and financial settlements
- Disputes concerning children, including residence, contact and specific issues such as change of a child's surname and removal from the jurisdiction
- Change of Name Deeds
- Drafting pre-nuptial, cohabitation and separation agreements
A keen runner, Jenny can often be seen running through the Herefordshire hills with her two dogs and she enjoys spending time with her young family.
