Stacey Janes joined the Hereford branch of Gabbs in 2004, gaining a wide level of experience whilst completing her legal qualifications. Stacey qualified in 2009 from the Worcester College of Technology with a distinction in conveyancing practice and was granted Fellowship to the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in July 2011. In 2017, Stacey joined our branch in Leominster, where she currently lives with her husband, two children and dog.
During Stacey’s 12 years of post-qualification experience, she has dealt with thousands of transactions of varying complexity within the field of residential conveyancing, including:
- freehold and leasehold sales, purchases and remortgages of both registered and unregistered properties
- auction sales and purchases
- transfers of equity
- voluntary first registrations
- declarations of trust
- shared ownership sales and purchases
Aside from looking after her young family, in her spare time Stacey enjoys reading, going on family walks with her dog and watching movies.
