PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR/PRACTITIONER - HEREFORDThe Role
Due to expansion we are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Practitioner to join the team at our Hereford office. The successful candidate will join a firm with a Private Client team which extends across three offices. The caseload is varied and consists of Wills, Probate, Trusts and Tax Planning and Elderly Client work.
The Candidate
The successful candidate must have at least 3 years PQE in Will drafting, Succession and Tax Planning, a good working knowledge of all personal taxes and some experience of dealing with agricultural estates and business clients. The candidate must have experience in drafting trusts, administering trusts and should be familiar with the tax rules relating to trusts. They should have excellent client facing skills and enjoy working as part of a team. They should also be well organised, able to work under pressure and will need to demonstrate excellent IT and literacy skills.
