Long established Herefordshire law firm, Gabbs Solicitors, has a vacancy for a full or part time Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner.
You will have experience in dealing with a range of residential property matters, have sound technical conveyancing expertise and have the ability to recognise and develop existing and new relationships with agents and clients.
The ideal candidate will have a range of conveyancing experience - including the following areas:
- Sale and Purchase
- Freehold and Leasehold
- Help To Buy
- Right To Buy
- Shared Ownership
- New Build
