Welsh Land Transaction Tax will have a temporary increase in the nil rate band

It has been announced that Welsh Land Transaction Tax will have a temporary increase in the nil rate band with effect from 27^th July and from that date until 31^st March 2021 all residential property transactions in Wales will have the nil rate band up to £250,000.  Additional higher rate residential and non-residential rates will not change.
