Carolyn Theobald
Director, Consultant Solicitor

Carolyn Theobald joined us in May 2007 and operates out of our Hay office. She studied law at Exeter University and at the College of Law in Chester before embarking on her legal career in Lincoln's Inn in 1976.

Hannah Dudley
Associate Solicitor

Based in the Hereford office, Hannah joined Gabbs in March 2021 as a Commercial Property Solicitor and, prior to relocating to Hereford, worked for firms of various sizes in Stoke-on-Trent and Birmingham.

Stacey Janes
Associate Chartered Legal Executive FCilex

Stacey Janes joined the Hereford branch of Gabbs in 2004, gaining a wide level of experience whilst completing her legal qualifications. Stacey qualified in 2009 from the Worcester College of Technology with a distinction in conveyancing practice and was granted Fellowship to the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in July 2011.

Cora Jones
Trainee Solicitor

Born and raised in Herefordshire, Cora graduated from Aberystwyth University in 2021 with an Honours degree in Law before joining Gabbs in January 2024 as a Private Client secretary. Upon completion of her Master of Laws in Professional Legal Practice in August 2024, Cora began her Training Contract in our Hay office where she is currently undertaking her first seat in the Property team.

Beth Toghill
Trainee Licensed Conveyancer

Beth came to Gabbs after relocating from Devon with her partner and is currently training to become a Licensed Conveyancer. She works in both the Hereford and Leominster offices as a Paralegal in the Conveyancing department. She has this year passed four out of five of her exams for her first qualification and hopes to have that fifth exam in the bag in a few months.
