Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
Based in Leominster, Herefordshire
Long established Herefordshire law firm, Gabbs Solicitors, has a vacancy for a full time Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, due to retirement.
You will ideally have around 10 years + PQE, working in a well established firm, with strong experience dealing with a range of residential (and preferably some commercial) property matters, as well as experience supervising others within a department.
You must have excellent business development skills coupled with sound technical conveyancing expertise and have the ability to recognise and develop existing and new relationships with agents and clients.
The ideal background will have a broad range of conveyancing experience - including the following areas:
- Sale & Purchase
- Freehold and Leasehold
- Help To Buy
- Right To Buy
- Shared Ownership
- New Build
- Commercial Property experience an advantage
