Based in our Leominster Office, Nansi heads the Leominster Private Client team and has over 20 years' experience in private client work, specialising in wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney/Court of Protection deputyship, trusts and tax planning.

Her wills and power of attorney/deputyship work accounts for approximately half her caseload, with probate a quarter and trusts and tax planning the remaining quarter.

Nansi has been doing private client work since she joined Gabbs in 1997 and has helped many families and individuals (she estimates two thousand plus private client matters since she has been with the firm).

She was educated at Hereford Cathedral School and has a degree in English Literature from Birmingham University. She completed the Legal Practice Course with distinction, at what is now the University of Law in Chester, and qualified as a solicitor in 1996.

Nansi is also a fully-accredited member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), holding the STEP Diploma which she passed with distinction. STEP is a unique professional body providing members with a local, national and international learning and business network. Full members such as Nansi are the most experienced and senior practitioners in the field of trusts and estates.

Married with two children, in her spare time Nansi enjoys yoga, gardening and cookery.  One of her favourite places to be is at the seaside in Borth.

You may spot her singing in the country churches of the Leominster area as a member of the 'Villages' choir.
