We would like to congratulate Nansi Webb on passing the entrance test for Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE) with a score of 100%!
Nansi has now become a full member of SFE. SFE is an independent national organisation whose lawyers specialise in providing legal advice on a wide range of issues affecting older people.
As the SFE website puts it: “Not just any lawyer can be a member of SFE. Our members must have spent a substantial amount of their time working for older and vulnerable clients and have to fulfil our own criteria for membership. They must also follow our own code of practice.”
The SFE Code of Practice promotes treating clients with sensitivity, dignity and respect, using plain English, maximising decision-making for those with physical or mental difficulties and ensuring ease of access or providing home visits for less mobile clients.
Nansi is an experienced solicitor in our Private Client Department who has been with Gabbs since 1997. She is based in our Leominster Office and the main areas she covers are:
