Jeremy Wilding (Partner and Undersheriff for Herefordshire)
Jeremy Wilding was educated at Hereford Cathedral School and then read Law at Magdalen College, Oxford, where he also was a visiting tutor before entering private practice. He qualified as a solicitor in 1987 and advises on a range of civil litigation matters including:-
  • Personal Injury and Product Liability claims
  • Probate/Wills/Trust disputes
  • Contract claims
  • Land/Property disputes
  • Business/Partnership litigation
  • Landlord and Tenant claims
  • Insolvency law.
Professional bodies of which he is a member include the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and the Ecclesiastical Law Society.
 
In 2007 he was appointed to the Church of England's Clergy Discipline Panel (Canterbury Province). 
 
He is the current Chairman of the Hereford Three Choirs Festival (Europe's oldest music festival), and he has served as director/trustee of a number of local and regional charities. 
 
In November 2009 he was elected President of the Herefordshire, Breconshire and Radnorshire Law Society.
 
He was appointed Undersheriff for Herefordshire in March 2010.
