Elaine Phillips (Partner)

An experienced matrimonial solicitor, Elaine joined Gabbs in October 2004. She is a member of the Law Society Family Panel. A former regional co-ordinator for the South Wales Solicitors Family Law Association, and previously a Council member for the Monmouthshire Law Society, Elaine is pleased to advise on all aspects of family law and procedure, including issues concerning children, property and other matters arising as a result of family breakdown or divorce.
