Coffee and croissants

Hereford estate agents were well represented at a breakfast meeting (featuring copious supplies of fresh coffee and warm croissants) at our offices on 15th October when property partner Simon Freeman reminded us that, as part of the selling process, the value of residential flat leases with less than 80 years
to run can be enhanced by passing on the seller’s
statutory right to extend the term.
